MKA Fit classes are martial arts based fitness classes designed to increase fitness, to lose weight, and to have a great time doing it.  All fitness levels are catered for, and no two classes are ever the same.

MKA Fit classes are taught by certified fitness professionals, and are a mixture of resistance and cardio training.

The exercises in the classes are performed with focus mits, kettlebells, clubbells, parralette bars, medicine balls, pull-up bars, gymnastic rings, sandbags, agility ladders and plyometric boxes, as well as bodyweight exercises, and are all designed to help you get leaner, fitter, stronger, and more agile. Fun fitness games are played, and classes are often held outside in the warmer months.

MKA Fit classes are held Mondays 7:45 – 8:30 pm, and Thursdays 7:00 – 7:45 pm.
