MKA Modified classes are self-defence classes for those who are slightly older in years, are carrying chronic injuries, or not as fit as they once were. While you will still learn self-defence, have fun, and get fitter, we will organise the classes and drills around your restrictions. MKA Modified students are of all shapes, sizes, and ages. There are no restrictions, and a specific syllabus is followed. MKA Modified is making self-defence available to ALL.
